Good DVD for beginning Pilates students
When I received this DVD, I had been both riding dressage and doing mat Pilates for about a year. I hoped the DVD would be good for a beginner but not too easy.

  I have always enjoyed this book because of its wonderful information and pictures, however this edition is horribly because of the translation.

  Old wisdom yet always fresh! The it self was almost desroyed before I got it. The package was so poor that the book had no corners left!!! Well it was readable anyway.

  overrated
  I have read ‘Dressur Med Kyra’ (in both Danish and Swedish). I doubt this translation will improve upon it. Clearly – I have been told — Kyra is an excellent instructor.
